THE CHALLENGE IS TO DRINK 1 GREEN SMOOTHIE A DAY… FOR 14 DAYS… AND HOPEFULLY THE HABIT WILL STICK WITH YOU ON THE LONG TERM 🙂

Smoothie is my go to breakfast most of the days as it’s so easy to prepare, you can pack as much nutrition in it as you want and doesn’t take more than 5-7 minutes of your time to prepare.

Choose any of your favourite fruits and add minimum 1 green vegetable to it. To make it easier for you, starting MARCH 13TH, 2017, I will send you recipes weekly, as well as tips.

YOUR BODY WILL LOVE THE NATURAL VITAMINS AND MINERALS IT’S GETTING AND YOU WILL FEEL MUCH MORE ENERGIZED AND HEALTHY. {as a side effect you might lose some weight too ;)}

Will the smoothies taste OK to drink?
Definitely yes! I love, tasty simple food, and I’ve created and tested the recipes myself. But just try it for yourself to see how you go. 🙂
Do I need to drink the smoothie in the morning?
No, you can drink it any time of the day, as a snack or main. If you’d like to lose weight, replace a meal with a green smoothie and see how you feel. Morning is the best, as the digestive system has just been rested and a smoothie will be easier to digest for your body.
What if I don’t have / or like an ingredient from the recipes?
No worries, simply omit it or replace with something you like. Make sure there is something green in it though! 😉
