Easy, blood sugar and hormone balancing green smoothie.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup collard greens or chard
  • 1 cup berries
  • half a cucumber
  • coconut flakes
  • 1 cup coconut, rice or any nut milk + water
  • half a tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 2 tbsp tahini
