→ Your cycle shows up when it feels like it — or not at all.
→ You’ve been told you have PMOS, and that getting pregnant might be “complicated.”
→ You’ve tracked, timed, and tried – and you’re exhausted by the effort of something that feels like it should come naturally.
→ You’ve Googled your way through supplements, diets, and fertility apps. Some things helped a little. Nothing changed the picture.
And every month that passes makes the doubt grow louder:
“Is this ever going to happen for me?”
Then your body may simply need a different kind of signal.
I was diagnosed with PMOS (PCOS) at 27. I know exactly what it feels like to sit across from a doctor who offers you a pill and a shrug.
I spent years learning to work with my body – through movement, through food, through understanding what my cycle was actually trying to tell me.
At 35, I got pregnant naturally. No IVF. No interventions. Against everything I’d been told to expect.
Then, at 40, I discovered a specific sequence of movements – simple, rhythmic exercises practised just 2–3 times a week – that regulated my cycles to exactly 28 days.
I’d never felt so connected to my own body in my life.
I’ve been teaching this practice to women since 2015. I’ve watched it change cycles, reduce pain, ease anxiety — and yes, support pregnancies in women who had been told to give up hope.
Now I’ve put everything into one course. For you.
This is not yoga. It is not Pilates. It is not generic “fertility exercise.”
This is a precise, structured sequence of movements developed specifically to stimulate circulation to the ovaries and pelvic organs, and to support the hormonal communication between your brain and your reproductive system. You will not find this sequence in a gym class or a fitness app.
Practised consistently 2–3 times per week, it works by sending the body a clear, repeated signal: it is safe to ovulate. It is safe to cycle. It is safe to be fertile.
Many women feel something shift within the first few weeks – not dramatically, but quietly and unmistakably. A heaviness in the pelvis. A change in cervical fluid. A period that arrives slightly earlier than expected.
By week 5 or 6, that shift often becomes visible in their cycle data.
🎥 Movement Library
Every exercise demonstrated clearly, one by one, so you know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it matters for your hormones. The full sequence takes approximately 30 minutes and is practised 2–3 times per week. Daily gentle movement – walking, stretching, yoga — is encouraged alongside it.
🥗 Nutrition for Your Cycle
Simple, practical guidance on what to eat to reduce inflammation, balance blood sugar, and support progesterone – the three biggest nutritional levers for regular ovulation. No restriction, no calorie counting.
🧘 Guided Meditation
A calming audio practice designed specifically for women trying to conceive. It helps release the tension of “trying” — which, as many women discover, is one of the things keeping the body on guard.
📋 Cycle Tracking Toolkit
Printable trackers and a simple guide to reading your own cycle — cervical fluid, basal temperature, energy, and mood — so you can see exactly what is changing and when.
Weeks 1–2: You begin the movement sequence. Something shifts — in your body, and in how you relate to it.
Weeks 3–4: Your nutrition starts to change. You’re eating with your cycle, not against it. Energy stabilises.
Weeks 4–5: Many women notice their first cycle changes here — a shorter gap between periods, clearer ovulation signs, or stronger premenstrual signals. This is the moment that changes everything.
Weeks 6–7: You understand your body in a way you never have before. Less anxiety. More trust.
Week 8: You have a sustainable practice, a nourishment framework, and a clear 90-day roadmap to carry you forward.
✓ You have PMOS (PCOS) or irregular cycles and want to support your fertility naturally
✓ You’ve been trying to conceive for a while and feel like something is missing from your approach
✓ You want to prepare your body for pregnancy — or support an upcoming IVF cycle — with gentle, evidence-informed practices
✓ You’re done with generic advice and want a structured, step-by-step method with a teacher who has lived this herself
✓ You’re ready to commit 2–3 sessions per week to a practice that could genuinely change your cycle
This course is not for you if…
✗ You’re looking for a medical diagnosis or treatment — please work with your doctor for that
✗ You’re not ready to show up consistently 2–3 times per week — results come from repetition
✗ You’re currently pregnant – this course is designed for pre-conception support
It’s six weeks from now. You open your cycle tracking app — or your paper chart — and you see it.
Your period arrived. On time. Or earlier than it has in months.
You didn’t stress about whether you ovulated. You felt it — a shift in your body that you’ve learned to recognise and trust.
You’re not white-knuckling through another two-week wait. You’re calm. Connected. In conversation with your own body for the first time in years.
That is what this practice makes possible. Not for some women. For most women who commit to it.

No. The movement practice requires no equipment — just a mat, a comfortable space and about 20–30 minutes, two to three times a week.
It is a specific, structured sequence designed to support pelvic circulation and hormonal signalling — not general fitness or flexibility. The exercises target the reproductive system in a way that general movement classes don’t.
The cycle tracking toolkit inside the course will help you observe and record changes. Many women notice shifts in cervical fluid, energy, or cycle length within 4–6 weeks of consistent practice.
Yes. This course is designed to complement, not replace, any medical support you’re receiving. Many women use it to prepare for or support IVF cycles. Always let your doctor know about any new practices you’re starting.
This course is specifically designed for women with hormonal imbalances and cycle disruption. If you’ve been without a period for more than 3 months, I recommend working with a doctor or naturopath alongside this programme.
Lifetime access. All videos, materials, and future updates are yours to keep.
Absolutely. I regulated my own cycles to 28 days at 40. This practice is not age-limited. Also great for peri-menopause and menopause.
You send me a short video of yourself doing the exercises — filmed on your phone is perfectly fine. I review it, record personalised feedback, and we meet for a video call to go through it together. You’ll also receive a written summary to keep.
I know what it’s like to want something so deeply — and to feel like your own body is working against you.
I also know what it’s like to discover that it wasn’t. That my body was waiting for the right signals, the right nourishment, the right kind of movement.
This course is everything I wish I’d had when I was where you are now.
I can’t promise you a baby. No one can. But I can promise that after 8 weeks of this practice, you will know your body better, feel more connected to your cycle, and have a real, grounded sense of what is possible.
That is worth everything.
