Energy Boosting Smoothie

  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ banana or avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal or chia seeds
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
  • Ice (optional)
