Strengthening the uterine lining with a simple exercise

The thickness of the uterine lining is extremely important for successful implantation. I am going to show you an exercise that not only strengthens the uterine lining, but also helps release stress, so I can recommend practicing this exercise to everyone and every day for a bit of wind down.

Uterine lining strengthening

If you have a desk job or sit a lot, and you don’t get up from your desk every hour to move your body a bit, then the energy around the uterus and the reproductive organs are stagnant and there isn’t enough blood flow to the area. Sitting all day compresses the reproductive organs.

For your info: insufficient blood flow to the uterus is one reason for having a thin uterine lining.

The egg needs to implant on the uterine lining which has to be minimum 8mm thick or more for successful implantation.
