10-minute yoga sequences

I’ve created a compilation for you from my 10-minute yoga sequences that I’ve mainly created in 2018. These are great just to move your body daily, if you don’t have much time to fit in.

Yoga was my main mode of exercise when we were trying for a baby. Its relaxing effects on the body and mind are especially beneficial if you get stressed easily. So I highly recommend practicing! 🙂
