At the time when we were trying to have a baby, yoga brought calm into my life and I believe definitely helped me with conceiving since that was the time when I ‘conceived’ a new carrier as a yoga teacher and my baby followed not long after. Have I known the Aviva method then, it would have happened even faster. 🙂

In this short video, I show you 7 simple exercises for fertility that when you practice regularly will bring blood flow into your reproductive area and helps to improve fertility.

The exercises include:
– a simple Aviva method exercise
– standing forward bend
– side angle pose
– butterfly
– mini bridge
– child’s pose
– legs up the wall

These are great for circulation even if you are not wanting to have a baby

    1. Hi Anna, these exercises are safe to practice every day, but nothing is a must 🙂
      Do it however many times you can fit it in your week. Moving your body at least a bit every day is always a good idea, but it’s also important to change it up.
